Q: WHAT IS NASHVOX?
A: Nashvox is a Nashville recording studio offering interactive, authentic studio experiences to everyone. Come record a favorite song in a professional studio, co-write with a professional songwriter, sing karaoke in a private booth, or take a line dancing lesson. Nashvox is the most fun you will have in Nashville. *No musical experience needed*
Q: WHERE IS NASHVOX LOCATED?
A: We’re at 813 President Ronald Reagan Way, Nashville, TN 37210 — just minutes from Downtown Broadway and Nissan Stadium.

Monday - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Tuesday - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Wednesday - 11:00 AM to 8 PM
Thursday - 11:00 AM to 8 PM

Q: IS THERE PARKING?
A: Yes, there is free parking directly in front of the building.
Q: DO I NEED EXPERIENCE?
A: No! The Nashville Studio Experience is a fun activity for everyone! Record your favorite song in professional Nashville studio—like karaoke in the booth, or lay down an original track. A professionally trained sound engineer will guide you through the experience.
Q: WHO CAN BOOK A NASHVOX SESSION?
A: All ages and skill levels are welcome. First-timers, pros, bachelorette groups, families, and corporate teams all enjoy the Nashvox Studio Experience
Q: CAN I BRING GUESTS TO STUDIO?
A: Absolutely! You can bring as many non-participatory spectators as you wish; we welcome the audience for our sessions.
Q: HOW DO I BOOK A NASHVOX SESSION?
A: You can book online through our Booking Page, or text/call 615-906-3136.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
A: For recording sessions and karaoke rooms, we will do our best to accommodate walk-in guests. For professional song writing sessions, an appointment must be booked to ensure we have a pro songwriter on staff at the time of your appointment.
Q: HOW MUCH DOES A SESSION COST?
A: Recording sessions cost $150.00 for the first person and one song. $75.00 for each additional person that is singing. $75.00 for each additional song. Bring your friends; we love groups! Please view our PRICING page for more information on additional experiences.
Q: DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A: Yes. A deposit secures your booking, with the balance due at your session. We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO REBOOK OR CANCEL?
A: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session without penalty. Within 48 hours, deposits may be non-refundable.
Q: WHAT IF WE ARRIVE LATE TO OUR SESSION?
A: Please try to arrive on time. If arriving late, your session may be shortened to keep our schedule on track.
Q: HOW LONG IS THE RECORDING EXPERIENCE?
A: Each session lasts around 1 hour. Sessions with more participants/songs may last longer.
Q: HOW CAN I PREPARE? WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY SESSION?
A: Take some time to consider your song choice(s). Otherwise, just bring yourself and prepare to have fun! We provide everything. Phones and cameras are welcome for photos and videos.
Q: IS THERE A SONG LIST?
A: There are full song lists available for browsing at the studio. The catalogue exceeds 50,000+ popular songs and growing. Every song request has been fulfilled to date. If you would like to ensure your song choice is available, feel free to shoot us a quick call or text at 615-906-3136 and we will confirm ASAP.
Q: CAN I RECORD AN ORIGINAL SONG?
A: Absolutely! Let us know at booking if you’d like to record an original and we will prepare the studio and your sound engineer.
Q: CAN I BRING AN INSTRUMENT TO RECORD?
A: Yes. Please let us know at booking if you’d like to record an instrument as well. This requires advanced set up and may incur an additional charge.
Q: DO I GET A COPY OF MY RECORDING?
A: Yes! Every guest receives a professionally mixed audio file to keep and share.
Q: HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING ALONG?
A: You can bring as many non-participatory spectators as you wish; we welcome the audience for our sessions.
Q: IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
A: Our experiences are suitable for all ages.
Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A SONGWRITER SESSION?
A: A Nashvox Songwriting Session includes a one-on-one songwriting workshop with a Professional Nashville musician. The song writer will walk you through the processes of songwriting while you both collaborate to write an original track. Once you have finished writing, you will work with the artist and a professional sound engineer to record the song. A mixed and mastered final copy of the track will be delivered to you by email following the session.
Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE FOR A SONGWRITING SESSION?
A: Although not required, it is helpful to have a few ideas written down or in your head prior to arriving to your session. If you have musical and lyrical ideas for the song, you will let the songwriter know during the workshop. This is your personal song write, feel free to write about anything you'd like! Please bring any instruments you'd like to use during the workshop. *Photos and videos encouraged!*
Q: HOW LONG IS THE SONGWRITING EXPERIENCE?
A: Typically 2.5-3 hours.
Q: CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS?
A: Yes. The studio does offer some snacks and beverages and you are welcome to bring anything you'd like as well.
Q: DO I GET A COPY OF MY RECORDING?
A: Yes! Following the session, you will receive a professionally mixed audio file to keep and share.
Q: CAN I ADD A KARAOKE ROOM TO MY EXPERIENCE?
A: Absolutely! Please let us know at booking that you would like to add karaoke time and we will arrange the extension.
Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS?
A: We are able to accommodate up to 150 karaoke guests.
Q: WHAT KARAOKE SONGS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: We have a large library of over 50,000+ karaoke songs. If you can think it, we can play it!
Q: CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS?
A: Yes. The studio does offer some snacks and beverages and you are welcome to bring anything you'd like as well.
Q: HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL?
A: The karaoke rooms are rented in 1 hour intervals. You are able to rent for as many hours as you'd like.
Q: WHEN ARE THE SHOWS?
A: We host the show once weekly, on Friday's at 7PM CST.
Q: HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS?
A: Tickets to the showcase only cost $10.00 per person.
Q: CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?
A: Yes. The studio has snacks and beverages for sale during showcases.

A: A fully customizable Nashville studio experience where your team enjoys local food favorites and live performances, then collaborates with professional songwriters to write and record an original song. Q: DO WE NEED MUSICAL EXPERIENCE?
A: Not at all! Our Nashville songwriters and engineers guide the process so anyone can participate and have fun. No singing skills required — just bring your energy!
Q: WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY?
A: We can accommodate groups of all sizes.
Q: CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE EVENT?
A: Yes. Every aspect of the event is tailored to your group’s vibe and completely customizable.
Q: CAN NASHVOX COME TO US?
A: Yes! We have options to bring experiences to your office, hotel, or partner venues across Nashville.
Q: HOW LONG IS THE EVENT?
A: Most events run 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on group size and add-ons.
Q: WHAT IS THE CORPORATE EVENT COST?
A: Corporate events are custom-priced per group. Rates depend on guest count, event length, and customization. (Note: pricing listed for individual recording sessions does not apply to corporate events.) SUBMIT THIS FORM FOR A FAST QUOTE.
Q: CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE EVENT?
A: Yes. Every event is tailored to your group’s vibe. Options include songwriter showcases, team song battles, karaoke, line dancing lessons, catering, open bar packages, and more.
Q: DO WE GET A COPY OF OUR SONG?
A: Yes! Your team receives a professionally mixed recording of your song. We can also provide video keepsakes and merchandise upon request.

Q: WHAT HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES DO YOU FOLLOW?
A: Sanitation and cleanliness is very important to us. We sanitize microphones and rooms between sessions and provide a new, unused pop filter for every singer. All common areas are cleaned multiple times per day.
