Cancellation Policy

Team Bookings must be be finalized and down payment completed within 72 hours of the event. Scheduling your event using our calendar notates your event in our booking system. An event planner will contact you to finalize details within 24 hours. If the client is unable to be reached, the timeslot will be released. A booking is not finalized until deposit has been collected. The exact timeslot selected may not be available however, a comparable day and time will be provided.
